Hello everybody! As most of you know it is almost time for me to go on The World Race. Only 41 days! Isn’t that insane. i have been preparing for this life changing experience over the past month by getting my necessary vaccines. So far I have the yellow fever vaccine. I will also be getting other vaccines and medication for this trip. When I leave for Georgia in early September I will be there for about 6 weeks we will be learning some of the essentials on how to trace and minister to people we do not know well. I am ridiculously excited for the opportunity to grow deeper in my faith along with having the ability to feel more comfortable sharing it. The first country that we will be heading to is Eswatini. Eswatini and other countries of Southern Africa are dealing with some overthrown governments. we have been praying that everything will come to a close by the time we leave. This past week I spoke to my uncle, he is a travel Photographer and he gave me very helpful tips that I will carry with me on my Race. ”Monkeys are not your friends. they look cute, and then they steal your wallet,“ He said. I have also been working on selling ornaments that have the world race along with the countries that I will be visiting. They have been very helpful in raising the money I need for the race. As I get everything in order for my departure in September, I want to thank each and everyone of you for helping me on this experience.
