Hello everyone!

It has been three and half weeks since we got to Gainesville, and it has been wild. I have gotten to see God move through so many peoples lives as-well as my own. I have seen how one adapts to a new environment and a new lifestyle. The Holy Spirit is real and abundantly flowing from this place.

I wanted to give you guys some insight into what I get to experience on a day to day basis. Most days, I start my morning at 5:30. I shower, make coffee, and get dressed. Most of the time I have clean clothes to wear, laundry here isn’t as luxurious as it is back home, but a bucket and some soap will do. Afterwards, I try and spend some intentional time with the Lord. From 8 to 9, we eat breakfast. Then we have group devotionals, and it always ends up being fruitful. From 10-12 we have a speaker that comes and talks with us. That person changes each week. We then clean the SMP(Squad Meeting Point) at 12 and get ready for lunch at 12:30. After lunch, we have free time from 1:30 to 3. Most of the time I use that time to play ukulele, read, or just catch up on missing sleep. Afterwards we have a squad activity and then another session. The topic changes each week, we then have dinner and team time. Team time is just a smaller group of the guys in our squad. Lastly we have free time and then lights out. I wanted to thank you all again for getting me where I am at today, and I’ll keep you guys updated soon!
